Organizing with Folders


Keep large galleries organized with folders.


When to Use Folders


  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Weddings</strong>: Ceremony, Reception, Portraits
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Events</strong>: Different segments or activities
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Portrait Sessions</strong>: Different looks or locations
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Real Estate</strong>: Different rooms or areas

  • Creating Folders


    1. Open your gallery

    2. Click Add Folder

    3. Name your folder

    4. Press Enter or click Save


    Adding Photos to Folders


    Drag and Drop

    Drag photos directly into folder thumbnails.


    Multi-Select

    1. Select multiple photos

    2. Click Move to Folder

    3. Choose destination


    Folder Order


    Manual Sorting

    Drag folders to reorder them.


    Alphabetical

    Sort folders A-Z automatically.


    By Date

    Sort by creation date.


    Folder Settings


    Folder Cover

    Set which photo represents the folder.


    Folder Description

    Add context for clients.


    Hide Folder

    Keep folders hidden until ready to reveal.


    Nested Folders


    Create subfolders for deeper organization:

  • Wedding > Ceremony > Getting Ready
  • Wedding > Reception > First Dance

  • Limit: Up to 3 levels of nesting.




    Tip: Keep folder names short and clear—your clients should instantly understand the organization.
