Upgrading Your Plan

You can move up or down between plans at any time, and switch between monthly and annual billing. Changes are made in Settings > Billing.


How to change plan


1. Go to Settings > Billing

2. Find the plan you want in the plan list

3. Click Upgrade on that plan

4. Complete the checkout


What happens when you move up


The new limits apply as soon as the payment clears.


Stripe prorates the change. You are credited for the unused part of your current period and charged the difference for the new plan. The amount is shown before you confirm.


What happens when you move down


Your plan changes and the lower limits apply. Before moving down, check that you are inside the new plan's caps:


  • Storage. If you are over the new cap, delete media until you are under it.
  • Galleries. Moving to Free limits you to 2 active galleries.
  • Video. Free has no video. Moving to Free means video in existing galleries stops being served.
  • Team members. Moving from Studio to Starter reduces you to a single user.

Check your current use in Settings > Billing before you switch.


Monthly to annual


Annual billing costs less per month on every paid plan:

Switching to annual starts a new yearly period and credits whatever is unused from the monthly one.


What an upgrade does not change


  • Your galleries, media, folders, and branding stay exactly as they are
  • Gallery URLs and custom domains do not change
  • Client favourites and past orders are untouched
  • Your Stripe Connect account and payouts are unaffected

Which plan to pick


  • Free to try PixelPort on a real gallery, photos only
  • Starter if you deliver photos and a little video, and want your own domain and no PixelPort branding
  • Professional if you deliver regularly and want the storage and bandwidth headroom, plus team members
  • Studio if you need contracts and e-sign, revenue analytics, API access, or a team of up to five
