Subscription Plans

PixelPort has four plans. Every plan includes branded galleries, client favourites, print and digital sales, and takes no commission on what you sell. The plans differ on storage, bandwidth, video, and team size.


Prices below are in US dollars. Annual billing is charged once a year and works out cheaper per month.


The plans


Free, $0


  • 2 active galleries
  • 3 GB storage
  • 10 GB of viewer bandwidth a month
  • Photos only, no video
  • 1 user
  • No card required

The free plan is never billed for bandwidth overage. If you pass the allowance, PixelPort warns you instead of charging you.


Starter, $19 a month or $180 a year


  • Unlimited active galleries
  • 100 GB storage
  • 250 GB of viewer bandwidth a month
  • 2 hours of 4K video
  • 1 user
  • Custom domain
  • PixelPort branding removed

Annual billing works out to $15 a month.


Professional, $49 a month or $468 a year


  • Unlimited active galleries
  • 1 TB storage
  • 1 TB of viewer bandwidth a month
  • 5 hours of 4K video
  • 3 team members
  • Custom domain
  • PixelPort branding removed

Annual billing works out to $39 a month.


Studio, $129 a month or $1,188 a year


  • Unlimited active galleries
  • 3 TB storage
  • 4 TB of viewer bandwidth a month
  • 20 hours of 4K video
  • 5 team members
  • Client contracts and e-signatures
  • Revenue analytics
  • REST API access

Annual billing works out to $99 a month.


What counts against storage


Storage is the total size of the files you have uploaded, across every gallery. Deleting media frees the space.


Your current usage is shown in Settings > Billing. PixelPort warns you as you approach the cap.


What counts against bandwidth


Bandwidth is every byte your galleries serve to viewers. That includes:


  • Photos loaded in a gallery
  • Video streamed
  • Files clients download
  • Zip bundles delivered with a purchase

Video streaming is what consumes bandwidth. Photo galleries rarely reach the allowance.


Bandwidth resets each billing period. Past the allowance, paid plans are billed $0.25 per GB on the next invoice. The free plan is never billed.


What is not limited by plan


These work the same on every plan, including free:


  • Password-protected galleries
  • Client favourites and proofing
  • Selling prints and digital files
  • Watermarks
  • Mobile galleries

PixelPort takes no commission on sales on any plan. You connect your own Stripe account and payments go directly to it.

You can move between plans at any time from Settings > Billing. See Upgrading Your Plan.


The current plan catalog is also available as JSON at /api/v1/plans, with no API key needed.
