Gallery Settings and Options


Customize every aspect of your galleries to match your workflow and client needs.


Basic Settings


Gallery Name

Choose a descriptive name clients will recognize.


Event Date

Set the date of the shoot for chronological organization.


Description

Add a personal message that appears at the top of the gallery.


Visibility Settings


Public

Anyone with the link can view the gallery.


Password Protected

Visitors must enter a password to access.


Email Required

Visitors must provide their email before viewing.


Private

Only you can see the gallery (useful for drafts).


Download Options


Allow Downloads

Enable or disable client downloads.


Download Quality

  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Original</strong>: Full resolution as uploaded
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">High</strong>: Slightly compressed for faster downloads
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Web</strong>: Optimized for online sharing

  • Watermark on Downloads

    Add your logo to downloaded images.

    Pinterest-style flowing grid.

    Uniform square tiles.


    Carousel

    One image at a time.


    Advanced Settings


    Gallery Expiration

    Set an automatic expiration date.


    Client Access Limit

    Limit how many times the gallery can be viewed.


    Disable Right-Click

    Prevent casual image saving (not a security measure).


    Hide Photo Count

    Don't show the total number of images.




    Tip: Save time by creating gallery templates with your preferred settings.
