Downloading Photos


Help your clients download their photos successfully.


Download Options for Clients


Single Photo

  • Click the download button on any photo
  • Photo downloads immediately
  • Full resolution (based on your settings)

    • Multiple Photos

    1. Select photos using checkboxes

    2. Click Download Selected

    3. Photos download as a ZIP file


    All Photos

  • Click <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Download All</strong> button
  • Entire gallery downloads as ZIP
  • May take time for large galleries

    • Download Quality


    You control what quality clients receive:

  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Original</strong>: Exactly as uploaded
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">High</strong>: Slight optimization
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Web</strong>: Smaller, social-media ready

    • Common Client Issues


    Download Won't Start

  • Check browser popup blocker
  • Try a different browser
  • Clear browser cache

    • ZIP Won't Open

  • Use built-in unzip tools
  • Download a ZIP utility
  • Try downloading again

    • Photos Look Different

  • Monitor calibration differs
  • Download originals for printing
  • Files may need color management

    • Mobile Downloads


    On phones and tablets:

  • Photos save to camera roll
  • May need to allow permissions
  • ZIP files need an unzip app


    • Tip: Include download instructions when you share galleries to reduce client questions.
