Help your clients download their photos successfully.
Download Options for Clients
Single Photo
- Click the download button on any photo
- Photo downloads immediately
- Full resolution (based on your settings)
Multiple Photos
1. Select photos using checkboxes
2. Click Download Selected
3. Photos download as a ZIP file
All Photos
- Click Download All button
- Entire gallery downloads as ZIP
- May take time for large galleries
Download Quality
You control what quality clients receive:
- Original: Exactly as uploaded
- High: Slight optimization
- Web: Smaller, social-media ready
Common Client Issues
Download Won't Start
- Check browser popup blocker
- Try a different browser
- Clear browser cache
ZIP Won't Open
- Use built-in unzip tools
- Download a ZIP utility
- Try downloading again
Photos Look Different
- Monitor calibration differs
- Download originals for printing
- Files may need color management
Mobile Downloads
On phones and tablets:
- Photos save to camera roll
- May need to allow permissions
- ZIP files need an unzip app
Tip: Include download instructions when you share galleries to reduce client questions.
