Customizing Your Branding

Make every gallery reflect your unique brand with PixelPort's customization options.

Why Branding Matters

Consistent branding across all client touchpoints:

  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Builds recognition</strong> and trust
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Looks professional</strong> and polished
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Differentiates you</strong> from competitors
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Commands premium pricing</strong>

  • Accessing Brand Settings

Navigate to Settings > Branding from your dashboard to customize your brand appearance.

    Logo Customization

    Upload Your Logo

    Recommended specifications:

  • Format: PNG with transparent background
  • Size: 200x60 pixels (or 400x120 for Retina displays)
  • Color: Should work on both light and dark backgrounds

  • Logo Placement

    Your logo appears:

  • Top of every gallery page
  • Gallery loading screen
  • Email notifications to clients

  • Tip: Use a simplified version of your logo for galleries - intricate details may not display well at smaller sizes.

    Color Customization

    Brand Color (Primary)

    This color is used for:

  • Call-to-action buttons
  • Active states and highlights
  • Progress indicators
  • Client favorite indicators

  • Choosing the right color:

  • Should match your brand identity
  • Must have good contrast with background
  • Consider color psychology (warm vs. cool)

  • Background Color

    The overall page background color.

    Options:

  • White: Clean, minimalist, classic
  • Off-white/Cream: Softer, warmer feel
  • Dark: Modern, dramatic, focuses attention

  • Text Color

Color for headings and body text.

    Best practices:

  • Ensure high contrast with background
  • Black (#000000) for white backgrounds
  • White (#FFFFFF) for dark backgrounds
  • Test readability on various devices

  • Typography

    Heading Font

Choose a font family for gallery titles and section headers.

    Popular choices:

  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Serif</strong> (Playfair, Lora): Elegant, classic, formal
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Sans-serif</strong> (Montserrat, Poppins): Modern, clean, minimal
  • <strong class="font-semibold text-foreground">Display</strong> (Bebas, Oswald): Bold, impactful, contemporary

  • Body Font

Select a readable font for descriptions and interface text.

Recommendation: Use a simple, clean sans-serif font for maximum readability.

    Font Pairing

Ensure your heading and body fonts complement each other:

  • Contrast in style (serif + sans-serif)
  • Similar visual weight
  • Both highly readable
