Client Favorites

Let clients select their favorite photos directly in the gallery.

How Favorites Work

1. Clients browse your gallery

2. They click the heart icon on photos they love

3. Favorites are saved automatically

4. You can view their selections in your dashboard

Enabling Favorites

1. Open gallery settings

2. Toggle Enable Favorites to on

3. Save changes

Viewing Client Selections

From Dashboard

1. Go to your gallery

2. Click the Favorites tab

3. See all favorited photos

Export Options

• Download favorites list as PDF
• Export as CSV with photo filenames
• View inline in gallery editor

Multiple Selectors

If multiple people are selecting favorites:

• Each person's selections are tracked separately
• View selections by person
• See overlap between selectors

Favorite Limits

Set maximum selections per client:

• Useful for print packages
• Helps clients narrow down choices
• Clear communication of limits

Best Practices

• Tell clients how many to select before they start
• Set a deadline for selections
• Follow up if they haven't selected after a few days
