Billing and Invoices


Manage your subscription payments and access invoices.


Payment Methods


Accepted Cards

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover

  • Updating Payment Method

    1. Go to Settings > Billing

    2. Click Update Payment Method

    3. Enter new card details

    4. Click Save


    Viewing Invoices


    Access Invoice History

    1. Go to Settings > Billing

    2. Click Invoice History

    3. View or download any invoice


    Invoice Details

  • Invoice date
  • Plan and period
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

  • Billing Cycle


    Monthly Plans

  • Billed on the same date each month
  • Charges on your signup date

  • Annual Plans

  • Billed once per year
  • Renewal date shown in settings

  • Failed Payments


    If a payment fails:

    1. We'll notify you by email

    2. You have 7 days to update payment

    3. Service continues during grace period

    4. After grace period, account is paused


    Refunds


    Eligible Refunds

  • Within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Service issues on our end
