Can I password protect a school gallery?

Yes. A gallery can be unlisted behind its link, gated by email address, or locked with a password. Schools that need a closed gallery usually use the password and hand it out on the order flyer.

Do parents need an account to order?

No. They open the link, pick photos, and pay by card. There is nothing to sign up for and no app to install.

How do prints get to the parent?

Print orders go to a professional lab and ship directly to the address the parent enters at checkout. You set the retail price and keep the difference between that and the lab cost.

What does a season of storage cost?

Storage is included in the plan rather than metered. Starter has 100 GB, Professional 1 TB, Studio 3 TB. When a season is over you can archive old galleries to free space.

Can I offer a discount to a team or a school?

Yes. Coupon codes work on individual images, buy-all downloads, and lab-fulfilled prints. Give a team its own code and track what it was used on.
