Pick Pixieset if you deliver large files and want the cheapest path to unlimited storage. Ultimate at $40 a month billed annually undercuts ShootProof Unlimited by $10, and paid plans carry no commission.
Pick ShootProof if you think in photo counts, sell prints on every job, and want 0% commission from the free plan up. School, sports, and event photographers with many small galleries fit its model. The booking add-on saves a separate tool if you need scheduling.
PixelPort charges 0% platform commission on every plan, runs payments through your own Stripe account, and streams 4K video in the same gallery as the photos. It has no unlimited tier and no campaign email. If video delivery matters, or you want the sale to settle in your own Stripe balance, it is the one to test. Plans start at $15 a month billed annually.
